Food Production Assistant
We're seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented individual to join our production kitchen and help craft high-quality pierogi from scratch. This isn't just a job — it's a skilled craft that requires consistency, pride, and commitment. Be part of a growing, woman-owned small business with real momentum.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare dough, fillings, and components following standardized recipes and procedures
- Hand-fold pierogi to meet quality and presentation standards
- Operate production equipment — mixer, tilt skillet, dough sheeter, blast chiller, and cutters — safely and efficiently
- Monitor quality and consistency of ingredients and finished products throughout production
- Follow all food safety protocols including proper handling, storage, and labeling
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation and sanitize equipment and surfaces regularly
- Work efficiently to meet daily production quotas while minimizing waste
- Communicate with team members and management to ensure seamless operations
- Assist with inventory management and report ingredient shortages
- Support teammates during peak production periods and special events
- Participate in training sessions to refine skills and stay updated on procedures

Must-Haves
- Reliable attendance — our small team depends on everyone showing up
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures consistently
- Day shift availability
- Reliable transportation to get to work consistently
Preferred (Not Required)
- ServSafe Certification is a plus but not required
- Previous food production, kitchen prep, or manufacturing experience
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
- Experience in a fast-paced production environment

Farmers Market Sales Rep
Love the outdoors, meeting new people, and the energy of a farmers market? This one's for you. We're looking for outgoing, reliable individuals to represent our brand every Saturday this season. Markets run 8am–1pm across the Charlotte area — and they're a blast.

What You'll Do
- Set up and tear down the booth at each market location
- Give out samples and enthusiastically share our product story
- Answer customer questions about ingredients, flavors, and how to prepare
- Sell product and accurately handle cash and card transactions
Requirements
- Available every Saturday — reliability is a must
- Energetic, friendly, and outgoing personality
- Reliable vehicle (at least a 4-door car) for transporting booth materials
- Smartphone required for communications and transactions
- Previous farmers market or food demo experience is a big plus
Hourly + Commission: $18 – $25+ / hr
